SHIN MUSCLES

STRETCH EXERCISE

-this can be done standing or sitting

-try to stretch the toes in flexion as well as feeling the stretch in your shin

STRETCH POSITION FOR SLEEP

–avoid having ankle/toes pointed up

-try to keep them pointed down

-Try keeping bed covers tucked in at the foot of your bed. This will help force the feet and toes down
