STRETCH EXERCISE

-grab your own toes to pull and hold them up

-bend the ankle up as much as it can go at the same time

-toe stretch can also be done like calf stretch with toes on a book

STRETCH POSITION FOR SLEEP

–avoid having toes pointed, this promotes cramp

-try to keep the ankles bent with ankle/ toes pointed up

*Sometimes these devices will help foot cramps. They can be worn to sleep.

-sometimes massage with a ball helps when cramp comes on
